2. Product Information & Pre-Order
Our bag is currently available for pre-order with free shipping.
Please note that delivery times may be longer than normal due to production and delivery times associated with pre-orders.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
4. Payment
Payment is made via card payment.
We work with payment service providers to ensure secure processing.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Pre-ordered products are delivered as soon as production is complete.
Normal delivery time for in-stock products is 2–5 working days within Sweden.
Free shipping applies to pre-orders until further notice.
When the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email.
6. Right of withdrawal & return
By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase.
Cancel before delivery:
You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@mlandstedt.com.
Return after delivery:
You have 14 days to return the item after you receive it.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return fee: SEK 69, which will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is sent back correctly.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of approved return.
7. Complaints
If the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you have the right to complain within 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

10. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN).
